I have a friend who is doing a ULC diet not CNS or CBL just a ULC keto diet. She is uses a carb blocker some times before a cheat meal (which is about once a month maybe) to mitigate some of the carbs. This is the first time I have ever heard of a 'carb blocker'. Any one heard of these or have experience? Do they actually work in blocking carbs?I tried researching this and there is very little information out there and what is posted on other forums ignores the questions and just replies with 'that is non sense you just need to eat right and excercise' which fair enough but it does not answer the question. I am just curious about this because I have never heard of such a thing.
