So probably my last big question for now: but just need a bit of advice/help calculating carb baseline needs.I'm going to start the 10 day prep phase - just to be sure - but doubt I will lose much body weight as I already run pretty strict low carb - my glycogen stores are likely to be quite empty. So I don't expect the Delta-Weight chart to be very accurate at calculating my actual carb needs. So is actual BW To Carbs my only option to calculate this? The book advises that this is less accurate method.Im thinking I might be better off backloading for a week or two first - to restock glycogen stores - weigh myself, then start the 10 day prep to see a decent weight delta.Anyone have any thoughts/experience on this?
