If you're not leaving it all in the gym, it's probably better not to take a premade blend, and consider cycling off the pre's for the deload phase. This will help give with the potential interruption to your natural circadian rhythms and remove some uneccesary stress from your adrenal glands, as well as enhance the effect of the pre's when you cycle back on them (as you'll be less tolerant/more sensative). If this fails to work, maybe try adding GABA or Melatonin to your pre-sleep ritual, this will also help with enhancing the production of your natural Growth Hormone levels.
