Good Afternoon What's the definition of an off day? Because on the book it says that it is a day you don't train but then later it says it's a day when regardless if you train or not, you don't train the next day.Thank you very much.
I'm a bit rusty on the exact verbiage of the book, but I would read that as two different things: one where it refers to training (the first, a non-training day) and one when it refers to carb consumption (the second, a day off from carbs). Most times when people say "off day" they mean "non-training day," but it really just comes down to context.
To make things easy at least until you get the basics down, on days you train eat carbs that night regardless of training time, on days you don't train, those are “off-days” and you don't eat carbs then, regardless of if you are training in the morning the next day.

I still do this, as I found it gets for keeping body fat composition down. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
