I am moving from CNC to CBL after the first of the year. Would you recommend going through the Prep Phase again? If not, my carb night is on on Saturday and my first backload would be on Tuesday. Should I cut back on my carbs on Saturday?

No, and no I wouldn't do a CN on Saturday just start CBL.
