drwtechMemberI completed the 10 day fat adjustment weeks ago and followed Carb back Loading for around two weeks, then Christmas came and everything went out the window.I didnt mind as I was expecting it to happen with the view of having a practice run then start again come January. In doing so it has made me think if I went on the carbs for a few days how long before I have to do the fat adjustment again. Let me provide an example, I have been back loading for a couple of months then go on stag weekend, drinking and eating carbs for two days, would I have to complete the Ten day fat adjustment again.thanks for you thoughts in advance and apologises if this has been covered before which I am sure it has.Martin

It could depend, and it could be a yes or a no answer. Are you training currently? How much did you lose during the Prep Phase? Current weight and body fat percentage?

It doesn't really matter. You could go low carb for a few days to sort of return back to a baseline, but you don't need to prep phase again. With CBL, you are probably never ketogenic so don't worry about stuff like that. CBL is just and optimal way of eating carbs.
