10am hiit and lift

    Post workout nutrition?I plan on backloading tonight, but as far as lunch is concerned what should I have? An hour post lift I'll have my pwo whey and they lunch. Would a 1/2# of beef and bacon be a good idea? Or since its post lift should I keep it low fat? Thanks for the helpSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Okay, AM or PM training?AM: wait an hour then take a PWO Shake. Wait another hour only consuming MCT oil, CO, and/or coffee. Backload at night.PM: wait an hour then take a PWO shake. Then backload.Once the two hours are up, bacon and beef is fine.
