Hi Guys,Starting the CNS program this Sunday and have been reading extensively last couple of weeks, I am currently 295lbsĀ I've calculated my macros being 290g Protein, 175-190g Fat are these numbers ok?Will be focusing on getting extra fat from Coconut Oil as i don't really eat whole lot of butter but i will try some Kerry Gold when i can when i cook eggs/steak.I will be training but most of my intensive weight training will come after Carb nite (might hit leg day morning of carb nite)
