I've looked around for a while and I can't seen to find a definitive answer on whether or not you should take carbs post workout if you train in the morning.  I've seen people say to take a moderate amount with 5g of leucine and others saying to completely leave carbs out until the evening.  I'm not too worried about gaining fat since i'm already at a lower percentage so i'm assuming that ingesting carbs PWO and then waiting until the evening is the right move? And on another note, has anyone had success with mixing CBL and carb cycling?  I'm interested to see whether or not loading different amounts of carbs before training each body part would make a difference in body composition and fat loss?

It totally depends on your goals and you training.Since Carb shock came out I think people may be a little more open to having 15-20g of carbs with a morning PWO shake. The base answer is if fat lose is your only concern you can probably leave it out, otherwise experiment with it.

In your case I'd say 20 g of carbs PWO would be ideal for you since you are already lean.
