This question is too specific to do a “search” in the forum, although I have been reading many posts. I am on day 10 of reorientation. I only lost 2 lbs. I am wondering if I was not strict enough with food, or if this is a baseline for me because the first time I did a deload I lost 4 lbs. I do not mindfully track my macros. Sample day:2 boiled eggs, turkey breast with string cheese and 1 tbsp of vegenese (no carb or sugar listed), veggies (carrot, brussels, cauliflower) roasted in olive oil, pistachios and cheese for snacks.ORchicken breast cooked in coconut oil and arriabiatta sauce with lettuce and sourcream, eggs and ham, pistachios snack, almond milk (Almond Breeze brand no sugar, ulc), diet hansen rootbeer, sausage stuffed acorn squash. I am 5'3". 132 lbs. Started at 134 lbs. First time 136 to 132 lbs. ( I do not currently know my BF %, but plan on getting tested for this to measure results)Is this small amount of weight loss significant enough to continue with CN or do I need to start over?

It's possible you over did it with carbs.  You eat a lot of foods that are not ULC.  Carrots, brussel sprouts, pistachios, and acorn squash all have a fair amount of carbs.  These really shouldn't be eaten unless you are tracking them closely. That being said, you are also not that overweight, so 2 lbs isn't really surprising.  I'd say you are doing fine.  Continue with the diet, but make better food choices.
