Big beyond belief retro program

    Anyone else try the Big beyond belief program its from 1994 so its older than I am but I have been using on and off for the past 4 years and have had great results. Its extreme volume and frequency but I only do one lift per body part like squats for thighs and dumbell press for chest. I lift 6 days a week and if i'm not doing squats im doing deadlifts and vise versa.
