Im just trying to keep up to date with Kiefer on his PreWO in CBL. I have been doing just the normal 10g WI & mct, but added in the last month L Carnitine & Citrulline Malate and im liking the results im getting. Researching Beta Alanine and want to know if anyone taking it pre or doing anything similar to what im doing now. Also from research they suggest taking Taurine with Beta Alanine preWO. Would love to hear any thoughts or anyone that is using any of these PreWO. Also was reading taking 3-5 L Arginine post WO or a couple times of day, I know L Arginine is a preWO supp, but the Citrulline Malate seems to be replacing it. Any thoughts on L Arginine post WO
