I'm brand new here and am trying to find out what modifications I need to make for morning training. I can only train in the mornings so evening workouts are out altogether. Can someone point me in the right direction so I can learn what I need to change or adjust?

Reading the book helps and listening to the webinar podcast.

http://www.carbshock.com but it is sold out right now I believe.  Sign up to get an email for when more is available.  As of now, it is not available outside of the US.Someone here made their own so you might wanna do a search or look maybe in the supplement forum.
