According to the calorie calculator on http://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/, being 5'1 AND A HALF and 128 with about 27% bf being sedentary (Im actually getting better results now than when I was working out 5 days a week), I should be eating 1300 calories. BUT then I was looking at another site that said to multiply your weight by 12 or 13 and thats what you should eat to lose weight (15-16 to maintain). Which is more accurate?
Honestly, neither, IMO.You need to find your own current set point by experimenting. Monitor for two weeks, if no gain, increase food a little. Rinse, repeat, until you find the point at which you consistently gain. Then you've found your CURRENT, personal maintenance level.
