    Personal stats:Body weight: 180 poundsBody fat: 13%Genre: MaleHeight: 180 cmPowerlifterusually I have my workout either at about 6pm or 8pm/9pm or so...the most difficult part is...I can't know it in advance!! (due to my work condition)Then, how should I prepare my diet? (usually I prepare them last night)
