Just had my first BL last night. 185grams of carbs (fruity pebbles, ice cream, cookies) in 2 meals. Weighed 174 at night. Got up and weighed 170. That’s crazy! No bloat. My muscles were not flat but not totally full. Should I increase carbs the next time I do the same workout?As far as sleep went, my heart was racing last night, had night sweats, and didnt sleep very well. I know sleep is very important in recovery. Hopefully someone has a remedy. Any advice?
Water just flushed out of your body, you could use the same amount if it works well for you.It's normal about the night sweats, it gets better over time.
