Off days-analyse my diet

    Hi allSo I just wanted some feed back on what im eating/supplementingOn off days.7am espresso / coconut oil (sometimes double cream)10am snack on salami or pepperoni, olives and cottage cheese.12:30/ 1pm lunch , two eggs, green salad, grated mature cheddar, 3 rashersOf unsmoked bacon. Olive oil drizzled over the whole lot or cooked in coconut oil.4:30pm Snack walnuts, olives, cold meats.7:00pm Diner. Chicken breast, broccoli, cauliflower, peppercorn creamy sauce or Some kind of homemade creamy sauce.Desert i will either have sugar free jelly or 2 squares of 75% cocoa darkChocolate.Throughout the day i take about 5 grams of omega 3's and with my lastMeal of the day I have 5-10grams of creatine mono. Im also drinking blackCoffee or espresso through out the day.Would this be classed as a reasonable off day diet? Should i beHaving any whey isolate or leucine if im wishing to maintain muscle mass.Thanks!!!!

    Hi welcome!  I'm not as well-versed as the other forum members when it comes to whey and leucine, so I'll leave that for them to answer.As far as your meal plan goes, it looks fine to me.  Please remember to keep track of your net carbs and make sure they remain under 30g.  You'd be surprised how fast those trace carbs can add up.  Get at least 0.5g fat for every 1g of protein.  You don't really have to count calories on this diet, but at least keep them within reason if you're looking to maintain leanness.Good luck!
