Any of you guys been tracking your c reactive protein on CBL?  It is possibly one of the best indicators for health.  Excess sugar that isnt removed from the system quickly enough binds to proteins and decays into sorbitol if i remember correctly.  Oxidizing and damaging the tissue it attaches to, i.e arteries.  This then allows cholesterol to do its damage.  Note cholesterol appears to not do this damage sans inflammation.  So wondering if any of you have tracked c reactive protein to see how your bodies are clearing sugars during carb time. Will be checking mine soon and will post back.

Can you cite the studies for this? From what I understand CRP is a marker for inflammation which can be from numerous sources.
