I'd like to hear everyones ideas and variations on their post workout shakes/nutrition.I'm getting a bit bored of mine. It's got all the things Kiefer suggests in CBL. I use skimmed milk for liquid, dextrose powder for carbs, and cacao powder for flavour.
I use isopure no carb or low carb (i think its 1g carb for 1 scoop) whey protein powder and carb shock or if i dont use carb shock I use leucine and some dextrose with isopure both mixed with almond or cashew milk. I have a few different flavors of isopure
