    It looks pretty much fine to me.Personally, I'd limit the things like a "whole pizza" and such to every now and then, not a daily occurrence. You'll find more success that way.Backloading with fatty foods isn't exactly optimal, but if it's further away from your workout, it's not as big of an issue.Regarding when to backload, since you're training in the evening, I'd still recommend backloading Friday night for easiest glycogen repletion.

    Drink low carb spirits is what I do. But that's probably just because I like bourbon.(AKA.. Beer is probably worse than wine, is probably worse than tequila soda, and it's all worse than bourbon, shaken and strained. 😉 )
