Hi folks,Just starting Day 1 of the 10 day prep. but have read and listened to a lot of the CBL.I live down in Costa Rica - surrounded by tropical fruit, so that will be tough for 10 days but already sub 100 carbs per day most days. It's also hard to get supplements down here - but doing HIIT sprints on a Caribbean beach makes up for it a bit.I come from a yoga background, which has been fantastic, I've dropped a ton of weight and flexibility I never thought I could achieve as a 6'5" dude - but I've really plateau'd on strength gain and body composition/aesthetics. i have a short term goal of getting filled out, defined, ripped? for a trip to Scandinavia in July/August.New to weights, been going to the gym for about three months now just getting comfortable, working on form and posture, trying out programs, going to give the 5/3/1 a shot, it like it cause it's simple and seems focused on the long term.I look forward to learning the difference between the terms 'ripped', 'jacked' and 'shredded'. I'm most concerned about my ability or willingness to go all in on the trashy carbs on a prolonged basis, they haven't been a regular part of my diet for quiet a while.Looking forward to participating on these forums.Pura Vida,Marc
