Hey all i need some advice. Per my ketosis Strips I am in ketosis. That's been going on for about 2 to 3 weeks now at first I lost about 5 or 6 lbs but now it seems I've stalled out. I mean I'm pretty sure my calories are low enough I'm taking in more fat than protein I belive. I just can't seem to wrap my head around what the problem is.
Yeah… from what I understand, keto strips don't actually help much with weight loss. They do show when you're producing ketones, but they don't indicate whether the source is stored bodyfat or recent food/drink intake.
