Do you think it would be alright for me to whip up a PWO shake made of2 cups of Fair life skim milk (the new reduced sugar, lactose free, increased protein milk)Some Cocoasome dextrose5 grams leucine5 gram creatineinstead of a typical whey protein shake(I'm just trying to save money and it doesn't seem like it would make that big a difference considering milk has whey in it)
