You'll find a lot of heavy whipping cream fans here. I make mine like you do yours sometimes, but with 16 oz. coffee (mostly decaf). However, I find that this is ~highly~ stimulating for me. GREAT if I am alone and want to buzz around and get a TON of stuff done... Not so great if I am doing schoolwork with the kids and actually need to chill out a bit. 😀But I think it is the MCT oil that does this ^ to me.Lately, if I am not hungry or don't have time to cook breakfast right away -- I just eat a tablespoon of unsalted, grass-fed butter with my coffee. I prefer it black, but I need the fat with it. I also add my (tasteless) collagen protein powder almost every morning.
