hey guyshave just finished reading the book and going through the prep phase. There doesnt seem to be an example meal plan for the prep phase for training at the normal time. Im sure im just missing something here?Can anyone help on this one?Thanks in advance
There really isn't anything special on the prep phase.- Delaying eating in the morning to make a 12-14 fast. Add coco oil/HWC to coffee if you like.- Eat protein with fat to keep a 50/50 ratio on a per gram basis- PWO shake includes isolates/hydrosylates +/- leucine to spike insulin (no carbs!)- Oh, and less than 30g of carbs in a day (preferably <10g per meal)
