Hey everyone, I'm trying to nail down a good 4 day/week split to use with CBL…any successful CBL'ers wanna share their training?

Well if you're looking for minimum work for maximal results, I would stick with Shockwave Protocol. My own opinion says do Wendler's 5/3/1. Easy to follow. I've seen great results.

Kiefer posted a 4 day program to use with CBL… technically it is a 5 day, but the wednesday is core and stretching, which you could put anywhere else. Here is the article regarding it.  On the bottom you can download a PDF with the workout.http://www.dangerouslyhardcore.com/1226/heavy-duty-cbl/#more-1226

I highly recommend the Westside Barbell Book of Methods. Even if you don't powerlift, Louie Simmons' methods of training are so much more advanced than any Western program I've ever seen. It's typically a four day split, but you can do mini workouts in between. Check out the website, westside-barbell.com
