Hi, Is this explainable?I started carb backloading recently not with the hope of results because I missed orientation out. But just to try the style of eating out for myself to see if I could maintain this eating for a prolonged period of time or would it just wind me up, before I committed. Surprisingly my abs are starting to come through with a good clench within about 9 days and strength seems maintained. Is this possible? Or I have I simply depleted through poor nutrition strategy?I am by no means fat, but far from ripped and not under 10% fat.Should I continue or do orientation?

If you are feeling you are getting results then just keep going. If you stall then try the orientation phase

Thanks for the input. Much appreciated. Do you have any other advice to a new starter. Finding eating this way pretty easy!

First post here.I just ordered and read the CBL book and can't wait to try it out. (not sure when I will be able to start it though)Schedule is different every day and training has been severely reduced to 1-2 times a week at different times of day no less. Therefore I don't think starting now would do myself or the program justice.Just had a meet up in VT at the end of March and totaled 1560.It was with 100% RAW Powerlifting.530-380-650Look forward to going through the forum to pic some things up here and there.Joe

I started CBL almost a month ago. My strength has gone up, BF down, and I never did the orientation phase.
