Hi all-I'm on day 6 now in the prep phase and have seem to hit a wall as far as weight loss is concerned. Started day 1 last Friday (5/11). First 3 days showed progress, was down 4lbs. However, the last two morning weigh-ins produced nothing, and this morning I was up 1lb.I'm 5'10", currently 191, ~14%, and on a Deload this week. I've maintained under the 30g limit.Thoughts? Thanks!
Also…. prep phase is 100% water… (depending on your diet before hand)So you aren't looking to loose 30lbs the first week, you are just priming the pump
