Hi guys,Some advice needed here. Possibly a question to Kiefer. I, to be safe, have no protein shakes before my workout and when I do take my protein after my workout it is Undenatured Whey Protein Concentrate. Is this a suitable protein and could I use this as part of a sustainer formula? Reason being, I don't have any hydrolosate and won't be getting any any time soon as my protein is a 5kg tub.I will be purchasing the isolate eventually but not till I have used my current batch. Hoping I don't need to buy the hydrolosate.

It will work just fine. Toss in some luecine for a great insulin response.

I've been doing some reading on whey protein concentrate vs isolate, from what I read so far, concentrate actually might be healthier than isolate.  It seems since isolate is more refined, it removes a lot of beneficial bioactive compounds.  If you can't tolerate the lactose though, get isolate.

Thanks very much guys, really do appreciate it.Already got the lucine, creating, dextrose an so on. Pretty expensive affair an that isolate is pretty much double the price of concentrate.
