Metroflex doesn't have have the equipment I use. Plus they don't have air conditioning in either facility. Some might declare that as being "hardcore" but in Texas, in summer time, it cuts into your recovery which is just stupid.
Intra workout recovery I'm guessing you are referring to.You are referring to the Arlington one, not the new one in north plano I was referring to.

Neither have AC to my knowledge. If the one in Plano does, it is a recent addition. I know last summer it did not.
Well then since we've got a couple of members here in the Ft Worth area, should have a day during the month where we meet up at a gym, train, and backload/Carb Nite it up hahaSent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk
