    do you guys do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, and is this a good idea when doing CBL or is it better to do it after the training session

    I do it first thing in the morning. Before coffee or water or anything. Walking after a training session is ok. HIIT not so much. Like tomorrow I'm going to do HIIT and walk around. Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk

    Yup i also do cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, on my off days though.Which make it 2 HIIT cardio sessions a week. Dont do cardio after weight training. Not HIIT in anyways

    You can drink coffee before and it will count as fasted, just not with anything in it.

    What split do you normally do for HIIT?

    well if my week is without inerruptions i go: MO,TUE,WED,FRI,SAT weights THU and SUN(Which are my off days)  HIITGna try some Tabata this week and onwards for a month. Gna see how that works out
