    NEW TO CBL?Hey everybody, I am new to the carb back-loading. I have a few questions about my ultimate goals. I was on carb-nite and I went from 215lbs to 190lbs now I am looking to vary between 185lbs and 195lbs, lose fat and get stronger. Now this is strength accumulation? How would a normal day go for a guy looking to do this?6’0”190lbsLooking to lean out, and reap the benefits of CBL.
