DerrickHMemberHey guys,I just wanted to drop in and show everyone the results I have had the past six weeks doing carb nite solution. Turns out I really can follow this diet and it worked out pretty well for me to lose some weight before my vacation tomorrow. I started on 4-16-12 at 217.6lbs with a 35.5 inch waist (measured slightly above navel). I weighed in today at 196.4lbs. with a 32 inch waist. I'm really excited and I can wait to continue it again after my vacation. Here is all I did:7:30am wake10:30am Coffee with Heavy Cream12:30pm Lunch: Chicken Caesar salad, bacon cheese burgers, rotisserie chicken, steak, etc... basically meat6:30pm Coffee with Heavy Cream7:30pm Dinner: Same as lunchDrank tons of water and took a multi, fish oil, EGCG tablets, and D-3My back went out doing deadlifts in week three, but the first three weeks I was still lifting heavy doing my normal powerlift workouts. The last three weeks I was basically doing nothing, just stretching and some HIIT, hopefully my back will be better to continue lifting again when I get back. Thanks,Derrick

Pretty awesome actually! Lunch was an egg omelette with bacon, or I just skipped lunch. I trained at 4pm, heavy weights 5-8 reps that sort of thing. Then I came home and had a protein shake and a maltodextrose drink. Then I would have 2 big bowls of cocoa pebbles, then shortly after I would have 3 soft pretzels. Then a couple hours later was dinner, my wife and I like to get appetizers from cheeseburger in paradise, so dinner was sliders, BBQ wings, 3 soft pretzels again (yea I'm a fan of pretzels) and some loaded potato chips. Then I'd usually finish the night off with ice cream and oreos. Sure I had a crazy stomach ache all night but it tasted great.

First three weeks I was able to stick with my normal lifting routine. I workout at noon M,W,F, then Saturday's on my carb nite I would work out at 4pm. My routine concentrates on the main lifts Squat, Clean and Press, Deadlift, Bench. Then accesory work to fill out the 45 minutes.
