Good info bro. I've been on CNS for 4 weeks and haven't lost any weight and I think it's because I'm over eating.  The book says not to count calories, eat till your full and that it's hard to gain wait while on program but I think you still need to have a calorie deficit.I know that on the bodybuilding.com forums all of the people who have had great success with keto were eating at or slightly below maintenance.I made some adjustments to the diet today, we'll see what happens.

Count calories so that you know what you are eating, not to eat under maintenance. Eating under maintenance is not a long term solution. And will actually hurt you in the long run. I would guess you are getting more carbs than you think and nowhere near 1:1 in grams fat to protein.
