In the prep phase so no back loading after gym….Are these supplements OK? HAve I missed something out?Pre wo: 200mg Caffeine (or just a cup of coffee), 10g creatine, 10g MCT oil..... Post wo:10g BCAA, 10g Creatine, 10g Whey, 40g Dextrose... OK to skip caffeine at this point? I finish training around 7-8pm
