My frist carb nite is tomrrow. I understand everything i need to do and have been doing but i just want to be completly clear. I want to keep it clean like sweet potatos with cocnut oil and cinnimon and that sort of thing and white rice with cinnimon and sugar. are these good choices and what woud be some other not so clean carbs i could eat. thank you for the help in advance. i am 20% body fat and my goal is to get down to 15% in 6 to 12 weeks. I lift hard 3 days a week doing a full bady routine. any advice at all
