alr528KeymasterI just wanted to put it out there that Kiefer knows what the hell he's doing… I started Carb Nite on April 5th, 2012, weighing 286.9 lbs. As of May 26, this past Saturday, I weigh 262.3 lbs for a total of 24.6 pounds of fat loss. Initially, I was very concerned with the increased fat intake and how it would affect my health. So on May 24th, I decided to go to my doctor to get my blood work done and here are the results:Cholesterol ProfileCHOL - 142 TRIGLYC - 109 HDL - 42 LDL DIR - 85Blood Sugar Glucose - 88Blood Pressure123/74 Pulse - 79 (Doctor was surprised with how well my number were because of my size)Last year October, my cholesterol was over 200 and my triglycerides were at 238 . My HDL has gone up (I do know that it still needs to increase) and my LDL has dropped as well! I'm very happy with my results and I'm no longer worried about my fat intake. Two more months of Carb Nite and I'm hitting CBL immediately afterwards...Nuff said.A BIG TIME thank you to Kiefer and the staff at DH!!!

Damon AmatoParticipantHDL maybe could go up a bit, but your HDL:total ratio is really good, so it doesn't look like there is anything to worry about.

ffemtmcdGuestLooks good! I'll be having mine done soon. In same plan as you in that I'm doing 2 – 4weeks more on CNS then switching over to CBL – looking forward to it

Richard SchmittModeratorDo you do this test normally or go to a specific doctor? I got some labs done and the only glucose number I got back was “negative”Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk

alr528GuestI'm a disabled veteran, so I go to the VA to get my lab work done. I would contact your doctor and ask them for the results of your Lipid Panel (Cholesterol Profile) and Glucose count. That information should be available to you especially if you paid for it!

Well thank you for serving. I'll probably contact my hospital to get labs done like that along with other work they need as well.Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk
