I've always gotten a good sweat during my workouts, but since I started the pre WO shakes (2 days ago), I'm dripping all over the place after each set.I'm hoping that's a GOOD sign?It's got to be the shake, right? What's causing that?

.are you taking creatine at all?
Yes, 5g of Creatine in both Pre and Post WO shakes. Is that's what's causing the sweating?
Its been know to have that affect.If you havent modified your training or diet and all the sudden u sweat like crazy id be pointing the finger at creatine. Unless you going balls to the wall in the gym 8)
So, nothing to worry about? The extra sweating — is that an indication of good things happening? Or, a warning?
The only warning I would give is to make sure you shower after your workout. 'May keep your social life intact and healthy. You always sweat the small stuff? 🙂
