Raisins have a massive carb count (109g per cup). Are these good (or even OK) during the back load?

Going from memory, I believe raisins are pretty high in glucose. Making them good for back loading. Plus they're delicious.

Actually they are among the fruits with the highest fructose content (~30g per/100g vs ~28g glucose).

Grapes have some of the highest fructose content found in fruit.Avoid.

In my opinion you can have a serving or two, just don't make it a primary carb source.
