Hey, so I'm away from home, and still want to lift- there's going to be a big dinner tonight so I want to be part of the fun, however I do not have the micellar casein, whey isolate/hydrosylate, or leucine with me. Oddly enough, however, I did bring the creatine by accident in my bag. Any suggestions for my post workout???
Having all that can help, but of you're planning on going out for a big meal, then you should be set. Especially if the meal has protein, the real deal is better instead of protein powders can work better. So no need to fret you'll be ok. Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk
