What would be the best time to take ZMA on an evening training schedule with an early bedtime assuming standard CBL.Specifically:6PM Training (45 Minutes or so)PWO Whey shake/ LeucineCBL Meal One hour laterBed as soon as possible after thatMy understanding is pretty much any of the meals on that list will prevent the ZMA from being absorbed, so my question is...would right after the workout before I consume any whey or anything actually be the best time to take it? Or should I just forget about it while on CBL (I'm inclined to go the latter route but it does seem to be a powerful supplement for increasing recovery and I love high frequency training).-Adam
