Awesome results! I've spent countless hours prepping food for the week on previous diets... 8oz of chicken and 1cup cooked brown rice every 3 hours, with an AM Cardin session, then lifting and a second cardio session in the PM... No time for anything other than work, cooking, training, and eating.I'm 5'8" and started at 240lbs at god only knows what body fat, down as low as 173 (skinny fat), and muscled up to 185. I've been stuck at 10% for 6 months, and felt like I've just been going through the rigorous prep work just to maintain.
Thanks--you've got a solid start yourself bro. Really in my opinion, the best part of this diet is thats it's just a way to live, not even a diet really. Last night I went to Dime-a-dog night for the triple A club in town and ate 10 hotdogs with no guilt! No counting, no measuring, just worked out before, and pounded dogs at the park.You've found the right "diet" here for sure...
