What is the recommendation for the Carbnite once a fat level of 10% or belower has been achieved? I saw on an article for 'Men's Fitness' that you could or should do two Carbnites. Is this accurate and what should the split be? For example, the article stated that you would have a Carbnite on Wednesday, then have another on Saturday (Sun-Tues (30g or lower carb days), Wednes-Carbnite, Thurs-Fri (30g or lower carb days) and Sat-Carbnite). Or is there another split recommended like holding out for the first carbnite for four days and not 3?? Any help? Thanks!!Helrayza

I believe it is a Carb Nite every four days.
