Have heard Mike Mahler recommend 400 to 800 grams of PS (at night), more than the typical dose.Also, it's worth saying that cortisol isn't something you want to "block", it's something that you want to lower at selective times and manage the profile of throughout your day.-Adam
Yeah, that's why I decided to try it. It has seemed to help me relax and unwind at the end of the day, but it's still to early to tell.And I agree about not wanting to block it, after all it's needed in the morning to wake us up and keep fat burning going along.
