already changed it and ate some serious beef and bacon today(plus some serious cheat tonight because of the soccer game,but thats ok…not dieting at the moment! :P)but am i understanding this right that it´s more important to look at the ratio of your makros than at your total calories?im sorry,but i was "raised" by thinking that your total calorie balance is by far the most important factor.as far as my stats go...:im at arround 185-190 at the moment with let´s say 12-13% bodyfat
