and for your off days the ratio is kept thru out the whole day, right?so, if i consume 170 of protein the I need 170g of fat?its not to much fat, is it?

We have all been programmed to think that with the fat. CBL seems to negate the calories in/calories out thought process that people have preached for so long.
Sorry to bring an old thread up. But how important is the 1:1 ratio, I try to get it but am not to worried like some days are 10-20g difference usually in favour of fat ?
the 1:1 ratio should rather be kept in favor of fat.if you have 180g fat and 140g protein - no big deal.170g protein and 150g fat is not optimal, i doubt that it makes much of a difference though.
It's not that important to be dead on.You are better off having more fat the protein, but if it's reverse it wont kill you.The reason to have that ratio is to have fat be the dominant macro-nutrient caloriclly so that you main source of fuel will be fat.
