    Hey guys,I'm on CBL since 3 months but i never did the prep phase.About me: 180cm / 80kg / 15% body fatMy aim: Loose body fat and gain muscles , so i think strenght accumulation is the best for me.Also the most people said that the prep phase is needed.My Plan:I have to eat 10days less than 30g carbs and only fat and protein ( for example 150g Protein / 150g Fat )After the 10 days i wanna start backloading again but only on workoutdays ( I work out for 4-6 days per week)On the workout days i eat like thisMorning: Coffee with crememidday: Fett : EW 1:1-- Workout at 5pm ---Post Workout shake ( Whey + simple sugar )at home: pizza, ice cream , sweet potato , brown rice or thinks like thatand on non workout days i renounce the backload.Is this all or have i something forgot about CBL SA ?

    Don't do brown rice, do white.Aside from very well cooked potatoes and yams, don't do any bodybuilder diet "healthy carbs"

    good to know. So here is my last question:If I do the prep phase now is it bad to eat in 6weeks carbs in the morning and over the day because of a yourney or ist it better to do density bulking until the trip and start after that with the prep phase ?

    If you're going to be eating carbs during the day just wait to do the prep phaSe.

    Yes i will do it like this. The next 6 weeks density bulking Than the Journey and then the Prep Phase before starting strengh accumulation

    its preferred to do the prep phase when density bulking aswell though…hab ich dir auch schon auf team-andro gesagt, prep phase überspringen ist keine gute idee 😉

    On the Way to the gym i realized that I did a Phase like this. I eat for 3 weeks ulc with backloading after 7 days i think Thats enough. After this ulc diet i started cbl 3 months ago.So i had 7 seven day ulc before starting cbl !Should be enough ?

    That should be enough.When you get back depending on how much and how long you ate carbs early in the day do another prep phase. It would be worth it to do 5-6 weeks of SA.
