AM Shakes? Really?

    I just reread CBL and I see that the AM Accelerator shakes are recommended but optional.I know much of the power of CBL is the fasted time. The accelerator shake doesn't mess that up? I see that it says the whey isolate is to avoid catabolism.Anyway, I guess I just want to confirm that there's a real advantage to the AM shake upon waking.I've been doing this for about 3 weeks without the AM shake. BTW, I'm focusing on SA. Emphasis on losing fat.

    AM shakes with the whey are only to be used when doing density building. SA you want no whey.

    Eh no, if you are doing strength accumulation you can have it or not have it, it really doesn't matter.

    I guess im on the Strength Accumulation at the mo and I have just added this "shake" in recently. So far Ive found I get way more hungry and end up eatting more through the day. Strange that adding such a small amount of whey iso could do this! I wonder if the hunger denotes any improvement in fat burning or if its possibly the other way around.

    I know more hunger in the AM might mean more grehlin, which means more growth hormone.
