Hi guys,I got a couple of questions for you. I am on my 9th day of the prep and have gone through hell the last week I.E lethargic, moody, light headed, smelly wee just a nightmare to live with really. Anyways my questions, Is 10 days enough for the prep i feel better than i did a couple of days ago but still a little tired?Did anyone else have massive strength decrease during the prep?
😮 Speedy reply. Ranges anywhere between 150g-180g always equal to or more than protein intake. I've been making sure i get plenty in . I guess my Question is when do you know you gone keto? I dont feel any different from when i did before starting the prep, I felt shite for around 5-7 days and now i feel normal. I was expecting to feel different like people say, warm buzzy feelings, massive energy surges and the like.
You just feel “on” really.You aren't really tired, you don't have brain fog, just ready to go.It could be from a whole number of things that you are feeling tired and are lacking strength.
Well i guess i fill “on” , just the same as before i started prep. Perhaps the lack in strength is lack of cals or something. I do 5/3/1 and on my last set i needed 9 reps to beat my PB and only managed 5
