    New to the system and finished my first day under the CNS.  A good friend of mine, also on this forum had amazing results.  I've always had the smooth tummy and could never get it off.  I'm in pretty good shape and think the difficult thing for me is to scale back my cardio work and mix in more weights.  I can also feel the stored carb supply diminishing with just one day in.  I do have a question, I travel frequently for work and what are recommended snacks I can take on the road?  Thanks and looking forward to results.

    Howdy Good Buddy. Glad to see you here and good seeing you this past weekend.Snacks:pork rinds,macadamia nuts,homemade beef jerky (grass fed if possible),cheese (but someone posted something about it causing an insulin spike the other day),dried chorizo,salami and cream cheese (but see above),avocados,and my all time favorite Bacon (I eat a package of the uncured stuff a day).You are looking for foods that approach at least equal amounts of fat and protein in grams and if not more fat than protein. Hard to wrap you arms around, but true and essential. You want to try to keep this ratio meal for meal and all day long.

    Cheese is okay as long as you aren't intolerant to it and aren't using it as a main source of protein.It's fine for a snack.
